Unlike other European languages (such as Spanish, French & German) there is very little overlap between Japanese vocabulary and English. What Are Bodily-Kinesthetic Learners
Bodily-kinesthetic learners are people who are very in touch with their bodies. They are good with their hands, and they enjoy using movement, making things, and touching objects. They can be found in a range of professions, from dancers to surgeons. These are the type of people who tend to communicate as much with their body language as they do through spoken words. If you are one of these learners you will learn well through physical activity, role-playing, acting, and many other types of hands-on learning. You should incorporate physical objects and tools into your learning strategy.

Learning Strategy 1
If you are a bodily-kinesthetic learner, you need to get your hands on real objects, so, when learning basic vocabulary words, do just that. For example, if you want to learn the names of basic kitchen items, start collecting those items and using them as study tools. Instead of using flash cards to memorize, for example, the names of eating utensils, get real knives and forks and chopsticks and put them into a box. Memorize their names by reaching into the box, pulling out an item and reciting its name in Chinese.

Role playing is a powerful tool for anyone learning a foreign language. It is especially powerful, though, for bodily-kinesthetic learners. If you are one of these learners, you need to find a partner ASAP. There is an unending supply of role-playing activities when learning Chinese. You can ask each other for directions or have mock business meetings. The important thing is to communicate as much as possible using Chinese.

If you are a bodily-kinesthetic learner, you are good at acting out, which means you most likely deliver passionate speeches. What's important is the delivery. La peculiarità dell'applicazione è di risiedere sul server Google ed essere lanciata da remoto, non richiedendo l'installazione di alcun software sul computer locale.
Diversamente da altri applicativi che lavorano da remoto, nemmeno i dati sono salvati in locale. Questo consente di condividere il file con altri utenti invitati con diversi livelli di privilegio (sola lettura, accesso in scrittura ad alcune parti o a tutto il documento) e di utilizzare il file da qualunque computer si colleghi alla casella di posta.

La conservazione dei dati non in locale pone però seri problemi di privacy per le aziende e per i singoli, sia per l'utilizzo delle informazioni a scopo di schedature che potrebbe essere fatto da chi gestisce il servizio, sia per il maggiore rischio di attacchi e manipolazioni da parte di soggetti esterni, che si verifica quando i dati risiedono su server sempre connessi a Internet.

La cifratura dei dati e l'adozione di protocolli di comunicazione sicura (come SSL) contribuiscono a ridurre il rischio di attacchi esterni, ma non garantiscono un utilizzo appropriato delle informazioni.

Acceso móvil
Google Docs permite que los usuarios de telefonía móvil puedan navegar por sus documentos de Google Docs. Existe una versión de Google Docs para el iPhone que incluye la funcionalidad para la visualización y edición de presentaciones, junto con una interfaz diseñada específicamente para este dispositivo.
Existen ciertos límites al manejar documentos por cada cuenta. Los documentos de texto pueden tener hasta 500 KB más 2 MB para imágenes incrustadas. Sólo pueden abrirse hasta 11 hojas al mismo tiempo. Sólo pueden importarse presentaciones de hasta 10 MB.

Writely adalah berbasis web pengolah kata dibuat oleh perusahaan perangkat lunak Upstartle dan diluncurkan pada Agustus 2005. Microsoft PowerPoint, usually just called PowerPoint, is a non-free commercial presentation program developed by Microsoft. As much as we'd like to say that we can do the same thing on a mobile phone as we can on a desktop, the truth of the matter is that unless you're toting a tablet like the iPad (and even then...), some tasks are just harder to do without some form of mobile-optimized view.

To that end, Google now optimizes its Google Docs Web site for iPhone, Android, and yes, the iPad. I speak from experience when calling the previous path to Google Docs from Android and iPhone arduous.

The new mobile version of the Google Docs document viewer lets you look at DOC, DOCX, PPT (PowerPoint), and PDF files in the browser. You can also pinch and zoom to better view your docs.

Spreadsheets on Google Docs' mobile version still look squashed and require zooming-in for legibility, but such is the nature of the beast.

We tested the new functionality on the iPhone 4 and Android Incredible with good results. The Google Docs viewer works just as well on third-party Android Web browsers like Dolphin HD as it does on the phone's default browser.

For now, Google's optimized Docs' mobile viewer is in view-only mode. The company hasn't said when it will open up the mobile version to editing. To use it, simply navigate to docs.google.com on your mobile device.

Google has added more than 50 new features to Google Docs Presentations, closing the gap between the web app and existing software offerings from Microsoft (PowerPoint) and Apple (Keynote).

Among the new features:

On June 2010, Google Docs announced that the Google Docs viewer supports .doc and .docx attachments. Monday, June 28, 2010 Google Mobile also releasing a mobile version of the Google Docs viewer for Android, iPhone and iPad to help you view PDFs, .ppt, .doc and .docx files you’ve uploaded to your documents list, without needing to download the file.



With Google mobile viewer you can switch quickly between pages and pan/zoom within a page. On your iPhone and iPad, you can pinch to zoom in or out.

Document Preview is embedding a document display mechanism into the item display page. It makes the distance between the item in your repository, and the end user smaller as PDF's no longer require the user to have a PDF Viewer installed on their computer. And its faster, as the document begins loading in the page.

Peter Dietz has made a modification that allows a DSpace repository to embed a "preview" of the document into the page, so the user never has to leave, just to get to the good stuff.

How it works

The Google Docs viewer essentially works the same as the user downloading the document to their computer and having the Adobe Reader display the file for them, however, it uses Google Docs to download the document, and then render the PDF before their eyes in real-time so that they can immediately see the document on that page.
